My love for bruschettas has no limit during summer time. It’s
literally all I eat. They’re packed with goodness and flavours. Perfect for a
light lunch or pre-dinner nibbles with friends over a glass of wine. They’re

I’m also a big fan of tomatoes. I’ve used this recipe but I’d
recommend chucking in little bits of mozzarella at the end. Be generous
with sea salt and basil, you won’t regret it ;-)
Enjoy with a glass of Pinot Grigiot or a rose wine.
